LONDON (Alliance News) - The Mission Marketing Group PLC Friday said it has acquired Midlands-based advertising agency Chapter Agency Ltd for an initial GBP1.3 million, payable in cash on completion.
A further GBP3.7 million is payable subject to Chapter Agency's performance in the years 2015 to 2018, of which the first GBP200,000 will be payable in shares.
Chapter reported profits of GBP400,000 in the year to end-March 2014, on revenue of GBP1.9 million.
