(Alliance News) - Mission Group PLC said Monday it has bought behavioural consultancy Innovationbubble for an undisclosed sum, in order to foster growth through the Covid-19 pandemic.
The London-based advertising agency said the acquisition will put Innovationbubble at the "heart" of its business model, to better understand changing customer tastes and behaviours due to these "unprecedented times".
"In an enormously challenging environment, Mission has thus far performed remarkably well as a business and the complementary acquisition of Innovationbubble is further testament of the Group's ability to identify opportunities and act decisively." said Chair James Clifton.
No financial details regarding the acquisition have been reported thus far.
Mission's shares were up 5.2% at 61.04 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
