LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital television company Mirada PLC on Tuesday said it has signed two agreements with resellers in India and Latin America.
Mirada said it has signed a deal with Thomas Kurien, an Indian broadcast television veteran, in India to boost its business in that country and has signed a deal with IP-Sat in Latin America to grow its business there.
No financial details on the agreements were disclosed.
"We strongly believe that these agreements will provide Mirada with significant future opportunities. We are also aiming to sign more deals with regional resellers to accelerate our expansion into other new markets, including, but not limited to, Southeast Asia and Central and Eastern Europe," said Mirada Chief Executive Jose Luis Vasquez.
Mirada shares were up 5.4% to 4.61 pence.
