LONDON (Alliance News) - Internet domains owner and operator Minds + Machines Group Ltd on Monday said Chief Executive Antony Van Couvering was removed from office last week.
Van Couvering was removed from his role following a meeting held on February 19. Directors at the company voted unanimously to have him removed.
Toby Hall, currently chief marketing officer, will replace Van Couvering as chief executive, subject to regulatory approval.
The group said it is in the process of transitioning from asset gatherer to a monetisation phase and said it believes a change of leadership will help with this shift.
Shares in the company were down 4.4% to 8.011 pence at the open.
