LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish engineer Mincon Group PLC on Friday said its former Chief Executive Kevin Barry has left the firm's board.
Barry, whose departure is effective Friday, was with Mincon for 34 years - firstly as financial controller and then as CEO for 25 years, taking it through its initial public offering in 2013.
He stepped down as CEO in 2015, and had been serving as a non-executive director since then.
Chairman Patrick Purcell said: "While the board notes his departure with regret, we wish Kevin all the best in his retirement from the Mincon and in his new business interests."
Shares were 2.0% higher on Friday morning at a price of 156.00 pence each.
