LONDON (Alliance News) - Mincon Group PLC on Wednesday said it has agreed to acquire construction equipment supplier Pacific Bit Of Canada Inc.
The Irish engineering company did not disclose any financial details of the deal.
Mincon said Pacific Bit sales in 2018 were CAD5.5 million, about GBP3.3 million. The company intends to combine its North American team with Pacific Bit team to build revenue and distribution in the coming years.
Looking ahead, Mincon said it is prepared to discuss acquisition, partnership and investment with other businesses in suitable geographic territories and relationships, for its key and ancillary products.
Mincon shares were trading 1.4% higher on Wednesday at 110.00 pence each.
