LONDON (Alliance News) - Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC said Friday its Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Fox stood down on Thursday after a mutual agreement with the hotel group's board after only three months in the role.
Fox - only appointed in June - has been replaced by Chief of Staff Tan Kian Seng on an interim basis. Seng also served as interim CEO prior to the appointment of Fox.
No further details were provided as to the reasons for the departure of Fox. The firm did add, however, that "further updates will be provided in due course."
Shares in Millennium & Copthorne were flat Friday at a price of 512 pence each.
