LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital media and technology solutions provider Milestone Group PLC Tuesday said it has signed an agreement with Intervictus (UK) Ltd under which it will provide mobile solutions to support the installation and monitoring of Intervictus' energy management solutions.
The deal will see Intervictus use Milestone mobile technology in training courses for new employees sourced via Milestone, its Passion Project youth employment initiative or any other associated introductions.
Under the terms of the deal, Milestone will generate revenue of GBP20 per user per month, along with Passion Project engagement fees of GBP50 per young person and GBP350 per person for emotional intelligence training, along with introducer's fees for all new business from its network, said the company.
"We are delighted to be joining Intervictus in a phase of growth and possibilities, with Intervictus as a key solution provider to our commercial network, whilst adding value by providing them with valuable mobile monitoring and training services," said Milestone Chief Executive Deborah White.
"This type of arrangement is a core tenet of the Passion Project ecosystem that Milestone owns and gives a flavour for the potential revenues on offer," White added.
Milestone shares were up 7.8% to 0.9975 pence per share on Tuesday.
