LONDON (Alliance News) - Milestone Group PLC said Tuesday that its subsidiary Oil Products Ltd T/A Relative has been commissioned by Sudler & Hennessey, a subsidiary of WPP PLC, to develop a mobile-optimised website for a campaign by Animals Asia Foundation.
Animals Asia Foundation is a charity against animal cruelty in Asia. It has launched a campaign to rescue and rehabilitate over 130 moon bears in Nanning China, called Peace by Piece.
The moon bear, also known as the Asian black bear, is classified as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
Oil Products will develop a website with support for three languages for the campaign. No financial details of the contract were disclosed.
Shares in Milestone are untraded Tuesday. They last traded at 0.650 pence.
