Midwich Appoints Domino Printing Science HR Head Wright Non-Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Audio-visual and document distributor Midwich Group PLC said Friday it has appointed Hilary Wright as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Wright - human resources director at Domino Printing Sciences PLC since 2016 - will also become a member of Midwich's audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Hilary Wright as a third independent Non-Executive Director at Midwich," Midwich Chairman Andrew Herbert said.

"Hilary's experience in high growth international businesses, in particular in the development of people and organisational capability, will be an invaluable addition to our highly successful team," Herbert added.

Shares in Midwich were 0.2% higher at 593.88 pence on Friday.
