Microsaic Systems, Unimicro Technologies To Sell Products In China

LONDON (Alliance News) - Microsaic Systems PLC, a developer of point of need mass spectrometry instruments used in the medical sector, said Wednesday it has signed an agreement with US-based Unimicro Technologies Inc to sell products in China.

Under the agreement, Microsaic's 4500 MiD mass spectrometry detector will be integrated with Unimicro's Capillary Electrophoresis Platform and the combined product will be sold directly by Unimicro in China.

Shares in Microsaic Systems were up 8.3% at 2.22 pence on Wednesday.
