LONDON (Alliance News) - Microsaic Systems PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Eric Yeatman as its interim chairman whilst it continues to search for a successor to Colin Nicholl, who will retire as chairman at the end of this month.
The developer of chip-based mass spectrometry instruments said the process of recruiting a new chairman is progressing, and it has held discussions with a number of potential candidates.
Yeatman was chairman of the company for nine years until July 2013. Since then, he has been a non-executive director on the firm's board.
Shares in Microsaic Systems were untraded Tuesday, last closing at 3.20 pence.
