LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed Metro Bank PLC said on Monday that Non-Executive Director Keith Carby will step down from his role with effect on April 30.
Carby has been a part of the bank for nine years, since 2010.
"The Metro Bank board wishes to thank Keith, as a founding non-executive director, for his significant contribution to the success of the bank during his tenure," the bank said in a statement.
Shares in Metro Bank closed down 6.5% at 807.50 pence on Monday.
