(Alliance News) - Metro Bank PLC said late Tuesday that independent Non-Executive Director Monique Melis has been appointed as interim senior independent director.
The high street bank, which appointed Melis in June 2017, said the changes will take effect from December 1.
Last month, Metro Bank appointed Non-Executive Director Michael Snyder as interim chair as it searches for a replacement for founder Vernon Hill who stepped down as chair.
The stock closed up 5.9% at 222.29 pence in London on Tuesday.
