LONDON (Alliance News) - Metminco Ltd on Wednesday said it secured 45% support for its rights issue and has raised a total of AUD1.27 million from the transaction.
Metminco said 45% of entitlements made available under the issue were taken up by existing shareholders. In total, the shortfall from the initial issue was 55%, with the company raising AUD1.27 million from a maximum offered of AUD2.8 million.
The shares were issued at AUD0.005, or 0.26 pence per share, with a total of 252.9 million issued.
Shares in Metminco were untraded Wednesday morning, having last traded at 0.274 pence.
