LONDON (Alliance News) - Metals Exploration PLC said Friday that milling operations at its Runruno gold project north of the Phillipines have been suspended due to an issue with the feed end bearing on the mill.
Metals Exploration said the mill has been undergoing "test running and debugging" operations as part of the commissioning and ramp-up procedure.
It said the issue is "currently being fully assessed" and it will make a further announcement once the results of the assessment are known.
Shares in Metals Exploration were down 11% at 6.00 pence Friday following the announcement.
