LONDON (Alliance News) - Resources investment company Metal Tiger PLC on Wednesday said it has increased it holding in MOD Resources, its Australian-listed partner on the Kalahari coper project in Botswana.
Metal Tiger has bought a further 3.3 million MOD shares through the placing MOD undertook on Wednesday. It spent AUD100,000 on the new shares.
Metal Tiger now owns 4.9% of MOD, which owns a 70% stake in the Kalahari project. The other 30% of the project is owned by Metal Tiger.
Shares in Metal Tiger were down 2.6% to 4.70 pence.
