(Alliance News) - Pebble Group PLC on Monday said Merian Global Investors UK Ltd now holds a 5.3% stake in the provider of products, services and technology.
Prior to this transaction, which was completed on Thursday last week, Merian's holding, if any, was not reported.
Pebble shares closed 0.4% higher in London on Monday at 123.50 pence each.
