LONDON (Alliance News) - Mercantile Ports & Logistics Ltd on Friday said it appointed Karanpal Singh and Jeremy Warner Allen as non-executive directors.
Singh is an Indian-based entrepreneur with extensive investments across a range of sectors, the projects development company said. Investment company Hunch Ventures, in which Singh is a founder, will become a substantial shareholder in Mercantile Ports & Logistics.
Meanwhile, Warner Allen is a former adviser to Mercantile Ports & Logistics, who has in depth knowledge of the company and its opportunities.
"I am delighted to formally welcome Karanpal Singh and Jeremy Warner Allen to the board of Mercantile Ports & Logistics and the company looks forward to benefiting from their extensive industry and financial market experience," said Executive Chairman Nikhil Gandhi.
Mercantile Ports & Logistics shares were trading 4.0% lower on Friday at 2.40 pence each.
