(Alliance News) - MENA Land PLC, a company seeking to invest in real estate assets in UAE, on Monday said it has secured a five-year GBP100,000 loan from a majority shareholder.
The company has secured the loan, which carries an interest coupon of 5% per annum, with Blue Rock Investments LLC, which is owned by 70% shareholder Khalifa Hasan Ali Saleh Al Hammadi.
Hammadi owns 100% of the issued share capital of ME Land Co PLC, which in turn owns 70% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in MENA Land were trading 5.8% higher at 145.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.
