LONDON (Alliance News) - MENA Land PLC on Monday said it appointed David Sumner as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Sumner is a long-term global investor with over 15 years of experience in developing successful global business platforms, the investment company said.
He has served on "numerous private and public company boards" in both an executive and non-executive capacity, MENA added.
Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Philip Chamberlain resigned from the board with immediate effect due to personal reasons.
MENA Land shares were untraded at 137.00 pence each.
