(Alliance News) - Melrose Industries PLC on Monday confirmed that Chief Operating Officer Peter Dilnot has been appointed to the board as an executive director with effect on Friday last week.
Dilnot has been part of the FTSE 100 industrial turnaround specialist for around two years since 2019, and prior to that was chief executive officer at Milton Keynes-based waste-to-products firm Renewi PLC for two years from 2017 to 2019.
Shares in Melrose Industries were up 2.8% at 183.10 pence on Monday in London.
