Meggitt Completes Sale Of Thomson Aerospace Subsidiary

LONDON (Alliance News) - Meggitt PLC said Tuesday it has completed the sale of its Thomson Aerospace & Defense subsidiary to Italian engineering company Umbra Cuscinetti SpA.

The engineering company agreed the sale of the subsidiary in November 2017. Thomson generated GBP24.8 million of revenue during 2017.

Shares in Meggitt were trading 1.6% higher at 431.80 pence.
