MedicX Fund Sells Three Medical Centres For GBP4.3 Million

12th Jun 2014 16:45

LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd Thursday said it has sold three primary-care medical centres for a total price of GBP4.3 million, based on the combined valuation of the properties on March 31.

The healthcare property investment company said the properties were acquired as part of a portfolio acquisition of properties in March, and were subject to options to sell with a connected party to the vendor of the portfolio.

The company said it has retained a fourth property which was also subject to an option to be sold on.

MedicX said its total property portfolio now comprises 131 primary care properties of which 126 are operational and fully let, with five under construction.

It added that its annualised rent roll for all properties is now GBP31.4 million.

MedicX Fund shares closed up 0.3% to 84 pence on Thursday.
