MedicX Fund Sells GP Surgery In Hertfordshire For GBP600,000

LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialist primary care infrastructure investors MedicX Fund Limited Wednesday said it has sold a GP surgery in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire for GBP600,000.

The firm did not disclose the buyers details but said the property was sold above its valuation last month.

The MedicX Fund's total property portfolio now comprises 122 properties throughout the UK, of which 110 are complete and 12 are under construction.

The annualised rent roll for all properties is now GBP28.8 million.

The stock was trading at 77.00 pence Wednesday afternoon, down 0.25 pence or 0.3%.
