LONDON (Alliance News) - Media Corporation PLC Thursday said that it will no longer be listed on AIM as of November 1.
The decision comes after the internet gaming, advertising and media company's shares were suspended from trading back in April 30 after it failed to publish its audited financial accounts for fiscal 2012.
Media Corporation said its continuing talks with an interested party about starting a new operating business, after it decided to cease the online gaming operation it was attempting to develop after running out of money. It said that it will provide an update to shareholders in due course.
Media Corporation also said that Executive Chairman Philip Jackson has stepped down, while John Botros has been appointed to oversee discussions in the hope that a transaction can be concluded.
