LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasound training simulators provider MedaPhor Group PLC on Tuesday said it has signed a deal with medical simulation education company SEEMSREAL.
Under the agreement, SEEMSREAL will manage the sale of MedaPhor's ScanTrainer ultrasound training simulation system in Spain and Portugal.
No financial details on the deal were disclosed.
"SEEMSREAL share our values for educational excellence in the medical industry. We're delighted to be working with them and excited to see what opportunities the Iberian market and ScanTrainer can bring each other," said Stuart Gall, MedaPhor's chief executive.
Shares in MedaPhor were untraded early Tuesday, having last traded at 57.00 pence.
