(Alliance News) - Mears Group PLC on Wednesday said Employee Director Amanda Hillerby has stepped down from her role effective immediately.
Her departure comes after the housing and care sector services provider sold its England & Wales Domiciliary Care business. Hillerby joined Mears in 2011 and was hired as a director in 2018.
"The board would like to thank Amanda for her input and support since joining Mears, in particular as the company's first employee director. We wish her every success in her future endeavours," said Chair Kieran Murphy.
The stock closed 2.6% lower at 298.00 pence each on Wednesday in London.
