LONDON (Alliance News) - McColl's Retail Group PLC on Friday said Chairman John Coleman has stepped down with immediate effect.
He is stepping down to "focus on new opportunities", the convenience store retailer said.
The search for his successor is underway, and Sharon Brown, currently an independent non-executive director, has been appointed interim chairman.
Shares in McColl's were down 1.0% to 145.525 pence on Friday.
