LONDON (Alliance News) - Household goods and personal care products provider McBride PLC on Wednesday affirmed its full-year expectations and said revenue in its financial third quarter rose.
McBride said it anticipates meeting its expectations for the year to the end of June after revenue in the third quarter to the end of March rose 2.6%, with private-label sales performing well year-on-year.
Sales in the UK and Italy grew modestly in the quarter, it said, though conditions in France and Spain have remained challenging. Trading in Germany was flat year-on-year.
The company added its restructuring project in the UK is on track.
Shares in McBride were up 0.8% to 96.25 pence on Wednesday.
