Maven Income Growth VCT 3 Reports Rise In Net Asset Value In 2014

LONDON (Alliance News) - Maven Income Growth VCT 3 PLC Wednesday said its net asset value total return per share rose by 7.3% over the last year, alongside its net asset value, and the trust increased its dividend.

The trust's net asset value total return per share rose to 128.20 pence at November 30, compared with 119.45 pence per share a year earlier, with its net asset value standing at 86.50 pence per share, up from 83.00 pence.

It increased its dividend for the full year to 5.50 pence per share compared with 5.25 pence per share at the end of 2013.

"The board believes that the core strategy of investing in a diversified portfolio of later-stage businesses will continue to deliver growth in Shareholder value," said Chairman Gregor Michie.

Maven Income shares closed down 3.2% at 75.00 pence per share on Wednesday.
