(Alliance News) - Mattioli Woods PLC, an asset manager based in Leicester, said on Friday that Non-Executive Director Carol Duncumb will step down with immediate effect, due to personal reasons.
The company wants to rehire Duncumb as a permanent member of the team "when circumstances allow", it said. She has been a member of the board since September 2014. Martin Reason will take over her role as chair of the remuneration committee.
"We will be delighted to retain Carol's services in a new role that will allow her to continue contributing to the development of Mattioli Woods for the benefit of both the group and our clients," Chief Executive Ian Mattioli said.
Mattioli shares were down 1.5% at 680 pence each in London.
