LONDON (Alliance News) - eServGlobal Ltd Tuesday said its HomeSend money transfer joint venture had won new deals in Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
HomeSend is a joint venture money transfer hub between MasterCard, eServGlobal and BICS. The AIM-listed company said MasterCard had done a deal with mobile banking and payment services company eTranzact to make international remittance services available in Nigeria through HomeSend, and a deal with Steward Bank in Zimbabwe making remittance services available to the bank's more than 1.5 million account holders, also using HomeSend.
Still eServGlobal shares were down 4.9% at 25.20 pence Tuesday morning.
