(Alliance News) - Marston's PLC on Tuesday announced the promotion of Director of Finance Hayleigh Lupino to chief financial officer with effect on October 3.
She will succeeding Andrew Andrea, who will in turn take over the role of chief executive officer from Ralph Findlay with effect on October 2, which was announced in May.
Andrea has been in his role for 12 years since 2009, and Findlay in his role for 20 years since 2001.
Lupino has been part of Marston for 18 years since 2003, and in her current role for a year.

Marston's is a people business and Hayleigh has unparalleled knowledge, understanding and experience of Marston's business, culture and values which, together with her clear financial prowess, will be a great asset to the senior leadership team. She has a proven track record of delivery and is highly regarded within Marston's which will stand her in good stead in her future role," said Chair William Rucker.
Marston's will publish a trading update for the 42 weeks ending July 24 on July 28.
Shares in Marston's were trading flat at 94.30 pence on Tuesday in London.
