LONDON (Alliance News) - Marshall Motors Holdings PLC said Tuesday that Kathy Jenkins will join the board as non-executive director from May 23.
Jenkins will replace Non-Executive Director Christopher Sawyer who will retire from his role at the company at the same time. Jenkins will also take Sawyer's role as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees.
"On behalf of the MMH board, I would like to thank Christopher for his support and contribution to the group over the past three years since our IPO," Marshalls Motor Chairman Peter Johnson said. "We have enjoyed working with Christopher and we wish him well for the future. The Board welcomes Kathy and looks forward to working with her in the future."
Marshalls Motor shares traded at 169.00 pence, down 0.9%.
