Marshall Motor Director Sarah Dickins To Step Down After Four Years

20th Mar 2019 14:31

LONDON (Alliance News) - Marshall Motor Holdings PLC said on Wednesday that non-executive director Sarah Dickins plans to step down from the board.

The motor dealer's board has begun to search for a replacement, and Dickins will remain with the company until this appointment has been made.

Dickins joined the company as a non-executive director in 2015, and has served as the chair of the Remuneration Committee since then.

"It has been a privilege to be involved in the growth and development of MMH over the past four years, and I am pleased that it remains very well positioned for its next phase of strategic growth," said Dickins.

Chair Richard Parry-Jones added: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Sarah for her contribution to the company over the past four years. We understand Sarah's reasons for stepping down at this time, and we wish her well for the future."

Marshall Motor shares traded up 3.1% at 172.20 pence per share on Wednesday.
