LONDON (Alliance News) - Market Tech Holdings Ltd on Friday said its Crowndeal Services Ltd subsidiary has entered a software development services agreement with Skywind Holdings Ltd.
The deal means that Skywind will provide software development services to Crowndeal and its subsidiaries.
Crowndeal will pay Skywind a monthly fee covering the costs incurred by Crowndeal for the provision of the software development services plus 10%.
"With access to a sizable and proven development team our Technology and e-commerce business will be able to accelerate its growth. The agreement with Crowndeal means that our entire Technology and e-commerce business will have access to Skywind who have a proven track record in delivering software development services," Chief Executive Charles Butler said in a statement.
Market Tech owns about 14 acres of real estate in London's Camden, including many of its renowned markets. It also owns an e-commerce business operated through online platforms camdenmarket.com and market.com.
Market Tech shares were up 1.8% at 223.75 pence on Friday afternoon.
