LONDON (Alliance News) - Market Tech Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has signed three contracts for the development of its Camden Markets portfolio.
Market Tech, which owns and manages the main Camden Markets properties in north London, said it has hired consultancy and construction company Mace to handle the redevelopment of Camden Lock Village. The contract will include the delivery of 170 new private and affordable homes, retail and market spaces, office space and public space.
Market Tech has also hired contractor McLaughlin & Harvey to build the infant and junior primary school and nursery in the Camden Lock Village development. The company has also hired Piercy&Co as the architect to handle the planning application for Camden Lock Market.
"This is another milestone for Market Tech in delivering Camden Lock Village. Camden Lock Village is a truly unique development and will become a landmark destination," said Market Tech Chief Executive Charles Butler.
