LONDON (Alliance News) - Market Tech Holdings Ltd Wednesday said it has received planning permission for Site E at 39-45 Kentish Town Road in London, part of the Hawley Wharf development.
The real estate company, which owns the main Camden Markets in London, said it will build a six-storey building comprising 24 canal-side residential units, with employment space on the ground and basement floors. Site E is adjacent to the main Hawley Wharf site and is expected to be developed at the same time.
"Hawley Wharf is an iconic mixed-use scheme. Achieving planning permission for the last piece of the jigsaw on this site means that we are now able to deliver the Hawley Wharf masterplan in its entirety for Camden Town. With the redevelopment programme already underway, this is an important step in the continued progress of the site," Property Director Mark Alper said in a statement.
Shares in Market Tech were untraded at the open on Wednesday, last trading at 220.00 pence.
