LONDON (Alliance News) - Marechale Capital PLC on Wednesday named Jeremy Stephenson, Managing Director, Metals & Mining at investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, as an executive director.
Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald in February 2013, Stephenson was director, corporate broking at Seymour Pierce, following nearly seven years at Noble & Company. Stephenson will begin his new role at investment bank Marechale on February 9.
Meanwhile, Marechale said that Jon Pither, a non-executive director, will be stepping down from the board after 11 years.
"The directors thank him for his valuable contribution to the business over the years and he will remain involved with the Company as Life President," Marechale said.
Shares in Marechale were down 4.0% at 1.80 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
