LONDON (Alliance News) - Management Resource Solutions PLC said on Thursday Non-Executive Chair John Zorbas is to step down from the board at the end of August.
Meanwhile, the maintenance support services provider said it will appoint Robert Hackett and Peter Dighton as non-executive directors.
Hackett is an experienced executive in the Australian oil and gas and construction industries, Management Resource Solutions said, having previously been CEO of Century Drilling Ltd. He is currently chair of Strathlyn Investments Pty Ltd, a private investment and trustee company.
Dighton is a qualified solicitor and has previously held board positions with two AIM-listed companies.
Management Resource Solutions intends to appoint a UK-based independent non-executive director with "experience of equity capital markets and as a public company director, specifically on AIM".
Shares in Management Resource Solutions were up 4.9% at 4.09 pence on Thursday.
