LONDON (Alliance News) - Man Group PLC Friday said it has chosen former BT Group Chief Executive Ian Livingston to take over as non-executive chairman of the company to replace the outgoing Jon Aisbitt.
Livingston will join the company from the start of 2016 after leaving BT Group back in 2013, and brings a vast amount of experience to Man Group's board, working within FTSE 100-listed companies for over two decades. He is also a serving member of the House of Lords.
Currently, Livingston is deputy chairman of Dixons Carphone PLC.
Man Group shares closed up 0.5% to 170.0 pence per share on Friday.
