LONDON (Alliance News) - DFS Furniture PLC Thursday said that UBS Ltd will sell a further 5.6 million shares in the company at the 255 pence pricing of its initial public offering.
The seller of the 5.6 million shares is private equity firm Advent International, which will still own a 53.2% stake in the company.
The sale means that about 40.6 % of the company was sold in the IPO as a whole. UBS is selling the shares in its role as stabilisation manager of the offering.
DFS listed on the London Stock Exchange in March, starting with a market capitalisation of GBP543.2 million.
The company's shares closed flat at 257.00 pence on Thursday.
