LONDON (Alliance News) - Majedie Investments PLC Thursday said reported double digit returns in the first half of the first full year of its assets being managed by Majedie Asset Management Ltd.
Majedie Investments, which invests in publicly listed companies and in funds managed by its investment manager, said its total shareholder return was 10.4% in the six months ended March 31. Its net asset value total return, with debt at par value including dividends, was 14.5%.
The company's objective is to maximise total shareholder return while increasing dividends by more than the rate of inflation over the long term.
Shares in Majedie Investments were up 0.8% at 281.75 pence on Thursday morning.
