LONDON (Alliance News) - Maintel Holdings PLC co-Founder & Executive Director Angus McCaffrey has stepped down from his position, Maintel said Friday.
McCaffrey will become a non-executive director with immediate effect, to allow him to focus on other interests.
Chair John Booth said: "I would like to thank Angus for his very significant contribution to Maintel over many years, both as one of the founders of the business and for his many years as executive director helping to build revenues to where they stand today."
"I am delighted that he has agreed to remain on the board as a non-executive director and that we can continue to benefit from his deep and incisive knowledge of the sector."
McCaffrey co-founded communications firm Maintel in 1991, and was group sales & marketing director until 2014. As executive director, he had been focusing on identifying both organic and acquisition-led growth opportunities, Maintel said.
Maintel shares were untraded on Friday morning, last quoted at 491.25 pence each.
