Maintel Chief Financial Officer To Step Down On Personal Reasons

4th Mar 2019 12:26

LONDON (Alliance News) - Communication services provider Maintel Holdings PLC said on Monday that Chief Financial Officer Mark Townsend will leave his role and the company, citing personal reasons.

Townsend's notice period is six months, and Maintel expects he will remain in his role to ensure an orderly handover, once a suitable replacement is found.

Townsend has been part of Maintel for three years since 2016, joining from multi-media equipment rental company Livingston Group, where he was finance director for three years from 2012 to 2015.

"The board would like to thank Mark for his contribution and wish him all the best for the future," Maintel said.

Shares in Maintel Holdings were unchanged at 525.00 pence on Monday.
