LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloud business integration platform Maestrano Group PLC said on Monday it has appointed Andrew Pearson as chief executive officer and managing director.
He will be replacing Stephane Ibos, who is stepping down from the role to remain as a non-executive director as the company transitions to focus on UK and North American markets.
Pearson first joined Maestrano in September as deputy chief executive officer, and is currently chairman of payroll services provider CloudPay for more than two years since 2016.
"Andrew joined the company in September 2018 and has exceeded our expectations in bringing his global execution experience to bear, as we delivered complex and time-critical projects. The board feels that as CEO, he can build on his proven record and ensure our long-term success in the cloud software market. I would like to recognise Stephane for not only his enormous contribution as founding CEO, but also his commitment to the best interests of all stakeholders in the business," said Chairman Ian Buddery.
Shares in Maestrano Group were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 9.30 pence.
