LONDON (Alliance News) - Maestrano Group PLC on Monday appointed William Pickup as chief technology officer, after creating a new advisory board that will include two company founders.
Current CTO Arnaud Lachaume will move from his position to join the advisory board, designed to provide strategic guidance to the company's management. He will be joined by Non-Executive Director Stephane Ibos, who will chair the advisory board.
Both were founders of the company, which provides a cloud-based business business integration platform.
Pickup joined Maestrano as chief architect in September 2018 and "has since played a pivotal role in the product roadmap and key design decisions for client projects".
Maestrano shares were untraded at 8.13 pence each on Monday.
