LONDON (Alliance News) - Packaging and labelling firm Macfarlane Group PLC announced Tuesday the appointment of Andrea Dunstan as a non-executive director from Saturday.
Dunstan was most recently chief people officer at electronic system design firm Premier Farnell PLC, Macfarlane said.
Senior Independent Director Mike Arrowsmith, whose departure was announced previously, is now confirmed to leave the company on Friday.
Chairman Stuart Paterson said: "I am pleased to welcome Andrea to the board of Macfarlane Group. I know her extensive and highly relevant experience will prove to be a significant asset for the business.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mike for his dedicated service to Macfarlane Group over the last six years and for the contribution that he has made. He has been a valued member of the board and we wish him continued success in the future."
Shares were 0.4% higher on Tuesday at a price of 107.40 pence each.
