LONDON (Alliance News) - LXI REIT PLC on Thursday declared an interim quarterly dividend of 1.375 pence per share covering the period between October and December.
The real estate investment trust will pay the dividend on March 29 to shareholders on the register at March 8.
The dividend reflects an annualised rate of 5.50p per share, in line with the company's current annual dividend target.
LXI shares were trading up 0.4% at 121.00 pence each.
